Description of the position:
Labbrand is looking for a responsible and efficient Senior HR Specialist, based in our Shanghai headquarters. You will be the assistant to the HR consulting and the cheerleader to maintain the company morale. You will help to analyze and develop human resource improvement plan, assist recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation & benefit and other HR related affairs and take care of the company cheer up activities to enhance cohesion among Labbrandians.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Specialized analysis & planning:
Work as consultant expert in HR field to diagnose, propose and implement the improvement plan, including:
-Assist HR Director to find current problem in company strategy / process / policy and fix with available solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, coordinate with all departments for the recruitment demands and conduct high-quality recruitment
- Monthly and annual HR report preparation
- Involve in company competencies evolve process
- Compensation & Benefit, assist in monthly payroll and allowance.
- Expat work permit management
- Freelancer and Intern management
- Supervise HR intern to ensure a smooth HR daily work
- Employee Relationship, take charge of personal file maintenance, organize activities such as birthday dinner/lunch/cake, festival greetings / gift; maintain interactive relationship with every team member.

Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources or related field is a plus
- At least 2 year working experience in Human Resources field
