Responsibilities:
- Perform as project manager or key work stream leader in business consulting project delivery in terms of
‐ Define project objectives & methodology
‐ Define project delivery schedule and resource plan
‐ Manage project time & expenses
‐ Manage delivery quality and member performance
‐ Manage project asset and achieving
- Support sales personnel in business development in terms of
‐ Proposal draft
‐ Bidding presentation
‐ Contract scope negotiation
- Lead the development or contribute heavily on at least one consulting offers in collaboration with offer owner in terms of
‐ Offer profile and content development
‐ Offer assets and methodology management
‐ Manager offer delivery capability development plan, incl. resource investment, training, 3rd parties etc.
- Report to senior consulting operation manager

Capabilities:
- At least 3 years in business consulting project delivery experience in either of the areas: market analysis, market entry strategy, feasibility study, due diligence, strategic planning
- Hands-on experience on cold-call/on-site survey
- Independently lead project delivery
- Preferably consulting experience in energy, petrochemical industries;
- Proved project management skills and project leading experiences, preferably PMP certified;
- Adequate knowledge in statistics, finance, macroeconomics, business administration, and business operational practices;
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Proficient in English speaking and writing, knowledge in Japanese or Korean is an advantage;
- Hardworking, analytical thinking, good in pressure management, multitasking capabilities and a team player;
- Able to travel.
