This role will be responsible for continued growth and expansion of online sales across China, ensuring that customer experience, sales targets and conversion rates are continually exceeded on this platform/site.

? Develop and execute sales strategies across the Tmall platform.

? Drive online promotions/campaigns, in line with business objectives and plans.

? Monitor hourly sales targets and prepare and execute effective promotions/campaigns as required to ensure sale of stock.

? Monitor customer feedback, engagement and conversion data to ensure an overall experience is provided and all customers visiting the site are leveraged upon.

? Provide timely feedback to senior leadership regarding performance and results.
及时向高层领导汇报促销效果和销售业绩。
? Drive onsite search engine optimisation, search facet optimization and opportunity identification for increased sales.

? Liaise with the warehouse team as required to manage inventory levels.

? Stay up to date with industry and market trends.
