职位描述：
1. Working with R&D and other related dept to review and setup process for all WB formulations
2. Execution of the process setup and responsible for production tracking and monitoring
3. Tracking and monitoring of new products & formulation modifications
4. Ensure consistencies of different production sites and equipment
5. Review issues and complaints to carry out production parameter optimization
6. Assist setting up QC sampling procedures and specs
7. Provide training to process engineers and operation workers and Guiding operation workers and QC engineers
8. Feedback to teachnical team for the production performance
任职要求
? Bachelor’s degree
? Knowledge and experience of Waterborne container paint process and manufacture technologies
? Knowedge and experience of key point in paint production process
? Familiar with paint production equipment
? Knowedge and experience of raw material performance in paint and production process
