职位描述：
Job Responsibilities岗位描述
- Coordinate plant daily Lean routine work;
- Support all kinds of shop-floor improvement activities;
- Tracking CIS projects and Continuous Improvement System maintain;
- Conduct Lean tools training and workshop;
- Support plant Lean Assessment;
- Adopt Lean methodology in daily work;

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Knowledge of quality standards (IATF16949);
- Knowledge of Lean concept and tools;
- Well problem solving ability and present skill;
- Well used of excel and PPT, etc.;
- Sense of continuous improvement;
- Good communication and influence skill;
- Good English both in written and spoken;

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 教育及经验要求
- Educational: Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering or mechanical experience:
- Familiar with manufacturing or quality experience
- 2+ years in a similar role
- International company background would be a plus
