岗位描述：
k) 协助部门经理跟踪订单生产和发运状况；
l) 在部门经理或其他业务员的指导下，按照公司规范制度和要求完成日常业务相关工作；
m) 在部门经理或其他业务员的指导下，学习国际贸易相关知识及与客户通过邮件等途径沟通的方式方法；
n) 通过互联网搜索目标客户，并通过邮件等线上方式营销公司产品；
o) 答复客户通过线上B2B平台发来的询盘，了解客户需求，并在部门经理安排下做针对性报价；
p) 参加相关国内外展会，介绍公司产品并搜集来访者信息；
q) 与客户确认订单及相关细节要求，并制作相应内部生产单；
r) 追踪订单生产，并与客户及客户货代协调安排出运事宜；
s) 依照客户要求及公司规范制作相关文件；
t) 及时足额回收货款；
u) 协助工程师提供出国安装服务，并进行基本的技术介绍和培训；
v) 在工程师协助下进行客户反馈追踪和售后服务工作；
职位要求：
g) 全日制本科应届毕业生；本专业语言能力至少通过中级水平测试；或英语能力至少6级（相同水平读写能力亦可）；
h) 优秀的学习能力，可以迅速掌握部门经理或其他同事的知识与技巧的培训；
i) 良好的团队合作与沟通能力，可以协助其他同事一同完成工作任务；
j) 面对客户需求，有较高的服务能力，并可以很好的利用现有产品去满足客户需求；
k) 问题处理能力，当面对内部或客户端的问题时，可以沉着冷静，妥善处理；
l) 良好的协助能力，可以很好的辅助部门经理完成部门总体业绩工作目标；
m) 性格外向、开朗，愿意为自己和团队的目标积极工作，同时也可以勇于面对困难和失败；
Job Descriptions:
a) Assistant department manager to monitor order production and delivery situation;
b) Finish daily workes according to company standards and policies. (Department manager & colleagues would provide necessary training and assistance.)
c) Learn internations trade ackowledges and customer communication skills under the department manager and colleagues assistance.
d) Research target customer informations via Internet and marketing products by email or other on-line method;
e) Contact the customers who sent inquiries by B2B website (Alibaba, Made-in-China etc ), work out customer demands, and make quotations according department manager instructions;
f) Attend the related exhibitions (Both Chinese & Overseas), introduce our products and collect visitor informations.
g) Confirm the order and related requirements from customer side, and transfer the order to be production plan.
h) Follow up the order production, and arrange delivery issues with customer and delivery agent;
i) Make all related documents according to company standard requirements;
j) Collect payment fully and timely;
k) Assistant engineers for overseas installation, and do translate and basic technical introduction for operator training works;
l) Follow up customer feedbacks and do after-service works under the assistant of engineers;
Job Requirements:
a) Bachelor degree under-graduating; The major language should be middle level PASSED at least; OR English CET-6 PASSED (equal level skills also acceptable);
b) Well Learning Skills, able to learn the training lessons made by department manager or other colleagues;
c) Good Teamwork and communication skills, Be able to cooperate with teamates to finish jobs together;
d) High service ability to feel customer demands, and use our products to meet the demands well;
e) Trouble shooting ability, when facing with problems from inner sider or customer side, could be calm down, and treat problems very well;
f) Well assistant ability, to work together with teamates and under the lead of department manager to finalize department working and selling performance targets;
g) Optimistic, out-going, Willing to hard work for whole team’s and own targets, and also able to face to the difficults and failure bravely;
