职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist Creative Director with VM training projects
- Courses development and instruction
- Training materials preparation and editing
- Training follow-up, analysis and assessment
- Communicate with client and students as required
2. Manage VM projects for different brands independently or as assistant
- VM Standards and Guidelines development
- VM display props design
- VM implementation and product merchandising
- VM training plans
- Clients’ internal team / store staff VM coaching
3. Manage, coordinate and supervise suppliers for sample and production to ensure on-time delivery and good quality
4. Support other colleagues to complete related tasks

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of VM working experience, experience in fashion retail industry is a plus;
2. Strong Visual and technical merchandising skills
3. Strong fashion interest and passion for retail, and continuously aware about fashion trends and brands;
4. VM training and coaching skills
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Strong organizational skill and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
7. Good English and Chinese
