职位描述：
燃料电池发电机-配套系统组件研发工程师：
提出概念以及技术问题的解决办法，并证明解决方法是可行的（概念验证计算，模型，预计性能，以前经验等）；
必要的系统模型计算（例如：部件和子系统的尺寸计算，物质及能量守恒，特征点上的流体参数等）。

主管分配的具体组件任务：
写出或概括部件设计要求规范（阶梯式产品要求）；
找出合适的供应商，取得报价和技术规格；
审查并评估供应商提供的参数和特性；
订购组件样品及实施质量评估；
如需要，设计定制部件；
生产车间及组装图纸（使用Pro-E, Solid Edge）；
寻找其它元件（价格更低，耐久性，可靠性以及其它性能更高）；
零部件，子系统及系统（性能，耐久性，材料兼容性，安全性等）的必要测试；如需要则编写测试流程或指导（设计验证）；
审测试结果和报告，为其它研发工程师提供反馈意见；
保存所有工作记录，例如计算，流程，原理图，参数，试验结果，报告，会议记录等；
对搭建或组装原型机及测试进行监督；
协助BOP研发主管发布原型阶段设计（图纸和其他文件）。
PEM Fuel Cell Power Generator – BOP Components Development Engineer:
Propose concepts and solutions to technical problems and provide evidence that solutions are feasible (proof-of-concept calculations, models, predicted performance characteristics, previous experience, etc.) .
Perform necessary system model calculations – (e.g. component sizing, mass & energy balances, streams parameters in characteristic points) .

For the specific Components assigned by the Subsystem Technical Lead:
 Write or outline Components Design Requirements Specifications (product requirements cascading).
Identify suitable suppliers, request quotes and technical specifications.
Review and evaluate specifications and characteristics provided by suppliers.
Order component samples and conduct evaluations.
Design custom components, if required.
Create workshop and assembly drawings (Pro-E, Solid Edge).
Source alternative components (for better cost, durability, reliability, performance, etc.).
Recommend necessary verification tests at component level (performance, durability, material compatibility, safety, etc.). Write test procedures or outlines, as required (Design Verification).
Review test results and reports, provide feedback to other development engineers.
Maintain adequate records, such as calculations, procedures, schematic diagrams, specifications, test results, reports, meeting notes, etc.
Supervise building or assembling prototypes and their testing.
Assist Subsystem Development Lead in Design Release at Prototype Level (Drawings and other relevant documentation).
