职位描述：
1)统筹管理技术部的各项工作：合理安排工艺、新产品开发设计、持续改进计划等；
2)负责本部门日常工作安排和人员的培训，制定考核制度并实施；
3)控制和监督所有开发项目的总体进度，落实项目开发具体工作；
4)合理编制技术文件，改进和规范工艺流程，优化设计节约成本；
5)负责报价文件的审核、产品图纸、工艺文件等资料的审批；
6)监督技术资料的档案管理；
7)解决公司发生的重大技术、质量问题，确保生产工作的正常进行；
8)负责与相关部门的沟通、协调、解决下属遇到的工作困难；
技术部经理岗位要求：
1)本科及以上机械、车辆工程相关专业，3年以上企业工程项目、团队管理经验；
2)精通运用AutoCAD、UG等制图软件，熟悉机械加工工艺；
3)很强的语言表达能力和沟通能力，为人正直诚信，能适应出差；
4)善于思考，极强的领悟力、创新思维、问题分析能力和较宽的知识面；
5)5年以上冲压模具设计经验。

    Shanghai Changkong Machinery Co., LTD (previously Shanghai typewriters Factory), is affliated to Shanghai Aviation Industry Group. Adjective to the renown ancient Nanxiang Town, Changkong occupies an area of 14,000 square meters. With a 30-year transition from military to civil production and state-owned enterprise transformation, it has an effective workteam composed ofsophisticated and innovative manpower. Shanghai Changkong has possessed various machines for prudcing middle and small autoparts and fine testing instrument.
