职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Leading and executing M&A projects (Deal origination, assessment of strategic deal rationale, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and negotiation etc.)
2. Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (business, legal, financial, etc.) across various level of seniority
3. Supporting the business team in the development of the business case and valuation including estimation of sales and cost synergies
4. Managing internal approvals; preparation of documentation for the Executive Board
5. Managing the external advisors involved in the M&A process
6. Perform company research and industry benchmarking
7. Working with the business team in preparing and implementing detailed integration plans to deliver the planned synergies
8. Create direct value with the acquired business by partnering with the Business Stakeholder or team to (co) lead the integration process
9. Leverage the group organization and ensure support of key business functions with regard to the integration plan and execution as required
10. Monitor business and financial performance, and support the business team during the integration process

Requirements:
1. 8+ years of relevant investment working experience with recent years in a similar seniority role
2. Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Finance/Economics/Investment related majors
3. Strong Corporate Finance background; advanced in valuation techniques and accounting knowledge, financial modeling skills
4. Successfully managed multiple projects in varying stages at the same time
5. Independent personality (self-starter) with strong interpersonal skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. A plus with Facility Management industry experience
