职位描述：
Job responsibilities：
? Maintain LAN/WAN connections to provide stable, dependable network services.
? Coordinate installation of computer hardware and telecommunication equipments.
? Implementation of company’s IT standards and policies and monitoring of compliance.
? Provide and document user training on the use of computer, email system and remote access.
? Setup and support the operation of SQL/Access database server and network printers.
? Provide support to end user to resolve system issues.
? Maintain system documentation and process flow.
? Perform database administration of application systems
? Perform and manage backup and recovery procedures
? Administrate the user security of network and email
? Document and manage system change requirements for new business development or operation improvement.
Requirements：
? Good communication skill with ability to communicate in both Chinese and English, and written and spoken
? Good technical knowledge on IT (PC Client support, Networking, Email –/MS Exchange, File Server administration, data backup, SQL server experience, Remote access support, SharePoint , Active Directory and SCCM experience)
? Problem solving skills.
? Ability to diagnose and rectify computer hardware and software problems.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with different level of system users and service providers
? University graduate with major in computer science
? Experience to work with local system vendors, IT equipment vendors and telecommunications service vendors for service delivery.
? Over 2-3 years of experience in PC, LAN, WAN and application system support.
? Familiar with Cisco devices will be an advantage.
