Data mining and analysis on membership's database and identify customer insights and segment.

Enhance consumer experience and maximize business opportunities by joint promotion with partners

CRM system and process optimization and CRM agency management
CRM系统的流程优化，CRM机构管理
Plan and execute member interaction online and off line
线上线下的成员活动交互
Manage member communication channel, i.e. SMS, eDM, SNS and related ISC.
管理沟通渠道成员,例如短信,eDM,SNS和相关ISC。
Skill Requirements:
Strong Data analysis ability
Strong consumer insight knowledge.
Strong CRM knowledge and background
Promotion and events management
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Min. 5 years of CRM experience in consumer focused companies, or in CRM agencies
Bachelor degree, major in marketing related or MIT
