JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Reports to: Supplier Development Manager

Subordinate: 0

Working location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

1. Improves supplier quality and performance, and resolves supplier quality issues.
2. Conducts supplier assessments for potential and existing suppliers.
3. Supports new product launches and implements supplier quality processes and programs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree above in Engineering, Mathematics or Sciences.
2. 6 Years suggested minimum experience.
3. Strong program management capability, lead the team to engage and delivery project effectively.
4. Strong communication skills, experience in dealing with JV is highly preferred.
5. Energetic, highly motivated and self-confident, excellent presentation skills is preferred.
