职位描述：
DevOps Manager
We are empowering our engineering team to develop and deliver quickly, efficiently and reliably. We develop CI/CD pipelines that facilitate the production of high-quality and testable code for our products. We build tools to reduce overhead, facilitate collaboration, and boost engineering productivity. We also build test frameworks to make building automated tests as effortless as possible for every engineer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Designing and building tools and infrastructure to help engineering teams improve velocity and productivity
? Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines, provide solutions for testing strategies
? Analyzing and decomposing complex software systems and collaborate with others to improve the overall design
? Exploring new technologies and tools to automate and streamline development and release processes
? Document solutions for consumption by technical and non-technical audiences
? Team management

Qualifications (not required to have qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree (or above) in either Engineering or Computer Science related field
? 10 yrs of working experience and 3+ years of experience of management
? Management of IT infrastructure of a large development team is a good plus
? 7+ years of experience with using Agile software development methods in a DevOps environment
? 3+ years of expertise with CI/CD and dependency management (Jenkins, TeamCity, Git, etc.)
? Proficiency in one or more programming languages including but not limited to: Shell scripts, Python, Perl, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Go
? Intermediate experience with Puppet, SaltStack, Chef, Ansible, ELK, etc.
? Familiar with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes or rkt
? Expertise with virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, Hyper-V and Xen
? Experience with cloud architectures such as OpenStack, VMware NSX, AWS, Azure, etc.
? Experience with Agile development methodologies
? Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, and GitLab
