Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a senior data analyst who will conduct and optimize analytics for ecommerce and customer engagement. We need someone who believes that data could drive creative and loves to utilize the artful side of scientific methods to deliver value for clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring client and company business success, measuring digital campaign performance, developing deep insights to drive performance and designing sophisticated plans for better digital experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Partner with internal teams to understand clients’ business and marketing goals and provide analytic, integrated marketing solutions to advance the goals
？ Analyze marketplace and consumer trends within and across multiple industries
？ Develop rich insights fueled by data to support creative and strategy
？ Pilot new programs and models for analytical approach optimization
？ Manage database and analytical tools to design client facing reporting


QUALIFICATIONS
？ Strong multi-tasker in a digital marketing landscape
？ Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing analytics field
？ Outstanding quantitative and research skills
？ Experience with social/ecommerce/web reporting
？ Experience with SQL/SPSS/R/SAS/Tableau/Google Analytics/Omniture is a plus
？ Ability to interpret and present advanced analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
