About you:
? Have excellent understanding and experience of the physical movements in home deliveries, assemblies and installation services
? Have understanding of customer needs and expectations and experiences.
? Possess proven IT capabilities in order to create reports, analyse, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
? Fluent in local language and preferably English
? Good communication skills both in written as well verbally.
? Customer, result and goal oriented with the ability to be self-driven
? Take initiative and work proactively to resolve problems
? Have the ability to handle and prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously

About the assignment:
? Reach excellence in running service business operations
? Create and follow up performance reports of the daily operations to create visibility and control over settled and agreed targets
? Define and maintain service parameters (service matrix) and capacity in the system in correlation with forecast and operational needs
? System monitoring within daily operations as well as working proactively with relevant stakeholder in the designated market, such as Customer Service Centre (CSC) and External Service Providers (ie Delivery and Assembly)
? Train the service providers in relevant systems and provide first line IT support in the daily business will also be an extensive part of your work to ensure Store co-workers and especially Customers are kept in focus.
