职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for the creation, execution and oversight of marketing strategies that will maximize customer value, build brand awareness and deliver measureable business results.
? Be responsible for developing and communicating our Unique Selling Proposition to buyers in our target markets.
? Will own all inbound & outbound marketing activities.
? Be able to effectively grasp and translate our product's technical capabilities into real customer benefits.
? Will be highly cross functional, requiring a broad understanding of products and customers as well as strong relationships cross functional relationships with Corporate Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree in business or technical discipline, MBA strongly preferred.
? Minimum 5 years related working experience, manufacturing experience in cable industrial will be preferred.
? Fluent English, and strong written and oral communication, listening, persuasion, and presentation skills.
? Superior time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
? Strong ability to think both creatively and strategically
? Solid business acumen and strong financial orientation.
? MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word, excellent Excel skills
