工作职责Responsibility:
负责昆山新厂区厂务维护和管理
Responsible for Kun Shan New plant facility maintenance and management.
1， 熟悉厂务系统的工作流程，制定厂务系统整厂设计、维护与保养的操作与规划；独立制定设备设施之操作说明规程；
Familiar with facility system work process, Establish an efficient facility support system, maintenance plan and facility operation hand menu;
2， 对公司行车、空压机，空调系统，抽风系统等厂务设备定期维护保养，确保生产的正常运行;
To ensure the machine performance; Install and resolve related problems of machines, equipment (air-condition, electric power, and compressed air etc.);
3， 公共设施的基本维修，如照明灯，门锁等，巡视公共设施设备的运行状况，及时发现问题并能及时解决，及时响应并跟踪各部门提出的有关厂务方面的维修请求，确保厂务设备的正确安全使用;
To conduct repair and maintenance of the public facility, like lights, lock; to inspect facility condition, find and solve problem promptly; to be responsible for resolving the maintenance requirement from related department to ensure the safety of facility;
4， 对公司水，电方面有自己的统计提出改善，水电气能源运行成本管理及分析，提出降低成本之有效建议;
To improve plan of facility, do the operation cost analysis and low down the cost;
5， 协调监督外包商进入工厂施工，保证质量安全及可靠性;
To coordinate and inspect construction from the vendor, to make sure the quality and reliability;
6， 作为安全、环境管理的成员之一，参与并履行相关安全环境的职能。与当地政府相关职能部门(环卫、安监、卫生监测等)保持密切及良好的合作关系，及时有效地完成“三同时”工作。
To be participant as part of environmental management team with responsibility and authority for execution of environmental management system. Keep good relationship with local government.
资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:
1, 大专以上学历，机电相关专业背景，EHS管理经验优先；
Diploma degree or above in mechanical or electrical or similar field.
2、5年以上大型制造企业相关工作经验, 熟悉制造业厂务设施设备的运行和管理, 有工厂新建或改建项目的筹建经验；
Five years or more related experience in manufacturing environment. Related work experience; familiar with facility and equipment working and management in manufactory industry, prefer to have new plants establish experience;
3、熟悉施工图纸及规范，了解行业相关规定，能看懂工程，土建等图纸；
Familiar with construction drawing and regulation, familiar with the know-how and regulation in related industry, can read and understand drawing;
3、持有高低压操作证。 Must–high voltage and low voltage certification.
4、很强的团队意识、责任心;良好的人际交往、组织协调和计划策划能力。
Strong team spirit and responsible sense. Good communication and organization and planning skill
