职位描述：
1、 负责参与技术架构设计、重构、优化；根据业务规划及技术规划制定应用架构方案;
2、 负责系统结构设计、开发核心模块；
3、主导参与技术难题攻关解决各种疑难杂症；
4、审核和评估相关方案与设计，以确保其符合架构规划满足业务需求；
5、熟悉业务分析和发现系统的优化点，负责推动产品性能和架构优化不断创新；

岗位要求:
1. 5年以上系统设计经验；带过团队；
2. 有至少2个大型项目架构经验（500人天以上）
3. 有SAP E-Commerce实施经验更佳；
4. 熟悉Java开发语言及Spring等开发框架；
5. 有能力对产品的功能和可扩展性进行评估；
6. 有能力根据业务需求规划进行产品整体架构设计，制定项目解决方案；
7. 具备至少两个大容量、高并发、高可用分布式系统的设计、开发和调优经验；
8. 沟通能力强，有强烈的责任心。
