职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责大厦前台接待；
2、收发往来信件、传真、报刊、文件；
3、负责来访人员的接待以及进出引导工作；
4、协助上级负责办公设备、办公用品的订购、发放、记录工作；
5、大厦智能卡信息录入、登记发放；

职位需求
1、形象气质佳，相貌端正，仪表整洁。
2、学历不限。（应届毕业生或实习生均可）
3、做事有条理、工作责任心强，具有团队合作精神，能承受较大的工作压力；
4、吃苦耐劳，对突发事件具有很好的应变能力，对新知识具有强烈的求知欲；
5、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，及对客服务意识；
6、熟练使用MS-OFFICE、Photoshop软件及办公设备；
