职位描述：
岗位描述Major Responsibilities:

This position will report to the Services Manager (Shanghai) and frequent traveling to Hongkong.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Takes ownership of and full responsibility for the site survey and installation processes
? Serve from the site developing phase, conduct site survey, feasibility evaluation, budgetary estimation and site design. Cooperate closely with the customer, support with substantial technical consultants
? Plans and coordinates multiple simultaneous installations across the region, managing team assignment schedules
? Initiates and executes supervision audits throughout the process
? Provides immediate response to the field requirements
? Communicates daily with the Field Services Manager and project PMs
? Manages and prepares daily reports documenting all installations in the region
? Evaluates and improves the efficiency of installation processes to facilitate execution and enhance quality
? Takes ownership of and full responsibility for the site survey and installation processes, from receipt of work order to flawless execution and reporting
? Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
? Delivers 100% customer satisfaction on all jobs
? Other tasks assigned by line manager

Essential Job Requirements:
? Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering or other industry related field
? Fluency in Cantonese and English
? Prior hands-on experience in the construction, installation, maintenance and/or repair services fields
? Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple simultaneous projects on time and within budget, and adhering to the highest quality and standards
? Traveling requirement
