职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities
Observation: 50%
Observe a minimum of 20 class hours per week,
Provide constructive feedback to tutors and related parties

Materials Creation and Editorial: 40%
Create materials related to academic products based on the clients' needs.
Create documents related to learning quality management processes
Copy, edit and proof read materials across media, including Word, Excel, PDFs, Flash, and audio files,etc

Training: 10%
Observe delivery of training to ensure quality and consistency
Provide feedback on training
Provide new ways to improve product

Skills
1 years+ experience in ELL and/or young learner education
1+ years experience as a teacher
Great collaborator who is flexible and works well under pressure
Keen eye for details
A passion for contributing to high-quality, innovative materials that lead children to love to learn
Able to use the Microsoft Office suite of products, PowerPoint, email, and be familiar with apps, digital learning products, and textbooks
