Responsibilities:

Development Engineer’s mission is to provide high quality software development service to internal customers and also Edenred customers in other countries.
IT Senior Java Development Engineer’s main responsibilities include:
1. Research, plan and coordinate the projects, research the technical solutions in advance of each phase;
2. Software development, includes design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance and documentation by respecting the procedures defined by the company;
3. Provide ad-hoc supports;
4. Communicate with the stakeholders to respect the project plan, and give stakeholders necessary training if needed;
5. Report to manager or clients directly regarding the progress and status of the project(s).

Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent;
2. At least 5 year’s software development experience; Good code conventions and document ability;
3. At least 3 years’ experience in Java and SQL server, MySQL development is a plus; familiar with OOD and have strong ability with the system design; familiar with the design pattern and UML;
4. Proficient in Java and some open source frameworks, like Spring, Hibernate, MyBatis, Redis, RabbitMQ is a plus;
5. Familiar with Linux/Unix and understand the architecture of the distributed, scalable systems;
6. Strong desire to learn, develop and excel, humble, responsible, great potential to grow with the organization;
7. DevOps experience is a plus;
8. Good communication skills (listening / probing, writing, speaking);
9. Good English capability in read, write and speaking;
10. Self-initiated, motivated, reliable, independent, and driving.

主要职责
1. 项目需求分析和设计，提供项目技术解决方案,在项目/项目阶段开始前预先进行技术研究；
2. 进行软件开发工作，包括系统设计，编码，测试，开发，维护以及文档撰写，并保证软件性能，质量和安全；
3. 提供必须的的项目支持；
4. 和项目干系人保持沟通，按计划完整项目，并提供相应的培训；
5. 在项目开发过程中，就项目进度和状态向经理或者客户汇报。
 

职位技能
1. 计算机本科及以上或同等学历；
2. 至少5年及以上软件开发经验；有良好、规范的编程习惯和文档编写习惯；
3. 至少3年及以上Java和SQL Server, MySQL, Oralce等开发经验；熟悉面向对象设计，具备较强的需求分析和系统设计能力，熟悉设计模式和UML；
4. 精通Java语言；精通相关开源框架技术(Spring，Hibernate, MyBatis, Redis, RabbitMQ)；
5. 熟悉Linux或Unix系统；了解分布式系统和可伸缩系统的原理；
6. 有较强学习能力和一定的成长潜力，善于学习及了解新技术，具有较强的分析、解决应用问题的能力；
7. 最好有DevOps经验；
8. 拥有较好的沟通技巧（听、说、读、写）；
9. 拥有较好的英语口语和书写能力；
10. 有较强的责任心和工作积极性
