职位描述：
Job Purpose
To provide IT services to the whole office by performing daily operation professionally and efficiently to ensure a smooth operation of the company business.

Key Result Areas
1. Support the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktop computers on a LAN / WAN environment.
2. Support all HOI IT teams regionally on a variety of tasks.
3. Provide computer training to end-users on all software applications used in the office.
4. Provide helpdesk support on MS Windows environment.
5. Maintain, manage and optimize the in-house built systems (e.g. allegro) to ensure that they run effectively.
6. To install or monitor the installation PC, printers, servers or any other hardware needed for daily operation.

Job Requirement
1. 3 years working experiences in IT support
2. Degree or above in IT related discipline is preferable.
3. Good command of Spoken and Written English
4. Creative, flexible, pro-active, and highly committed with positive attitude.
5. Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, with good communication, and able to work under pressure.
