职位描述：
工作职责：
1）在公司总部等指导下，合理安排、制定中心的课程计划，为各班级、教师排课；同时为中心组织的试听课等其他教学活动提供专业支持；
2）对中心教师进行定期统一的培训，并实施对教学情况进行监督测评，对教师的业务能力进行绩效考核；
3）建立教师档案并及时管理、更新，为加薪、晋升、解聘等工作提供依据；
4）在人事专员的配合下，负责完成新教师的招聘及培训；
5）执行、修正教师相关的各项管理制度，及时有效向教师传达学校的各项制度及通知；
6）为中心销售顾问、前台等其他相关人员提供专业知识等培训，如：课程设置、教学特色、师资介绍等；
7）收集并分析行业最新信息，不断更新优化中心课程设置及排课方式等，加强中心核心竞争力；
8）处理和教师、授课相关的学员投诉；
岗位要求：
1）对学前教育行业有深入的理解，具备较丰富的早教课程设置、授课等相关经验；
2）有较强的组织计划、沟通协调、人际交往能力，能够带领一个团队高效工作；
3）具有敏锐的市场洞察力和出色的预测、决策能力，对本行业对市场发展有深刻的理解，市场开拓能力强；
4）具备快速学习和解决问题的能力；
5）热爱早教事业，喜爱小孩，有爱心和责任心，具备良好的抗压能力及高度的敬业精神。
