职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
- Perform the accurate daily invoices entering, both PO and non-PO.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Work with treasury to perform domestic daily payment and monthly oversea payment.
- Perform the timely closing of accounts payable for month-end closing.
- Perform the monthly account reconciliation and aging analysis to ensure the accuracy of payable balance.
- Coordinate with GL accountant to perform the annual audit
- Monthly voucher filling and other works as line manager required.
- Submit VAT invoices timely to Tax for input VAT verification.

T&E – Employee reimbursement:
- Perform the daily employee T&E posting.
- Ensure the T&E claim to be complied with company T&E policy.
- Communicate with employee if any questions or incompliance for policy.

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above and major in accounting
- Detail-minded.
- Accountable.
- Respect rules and integrity.
- Willing to work on repeated routine tasks.
- Fast learner.
- SAP experience is a must.
- At least one year working experience in Accounts Payable position.
- Good command in English.
- Skilled in Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
