General Scope of Job:
? Responsible for full scope of business activities to facilitate Flow & Shape growth in assigned regions in China & reporting directly to Sales Director-China
? Survey, identify & develop market strategies to enhance business coverage for Shape products
? Work closely with management & related departments to implement & track business strategies
? Facilitate team members to drive new system sales, aftermarket & service activities to increase/maintain customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty
? Developing & managing indirect sales channels if necessary to enhance FLOW sales & market coverage
? The ultimate goals are to achieve assigned regional sales target and to develop new market potentials in areas
? Strengthen Shape brand(s) awareness & influence in the market
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
? Create sales & marketing strategies & activities for the market in the regions assigned
? Identify & develop new customers in assigned industries or applications
? Analyze customers’ technical & business requirements related to products & service capabilities, and provide solutions to meet customer needs
? Develop sales proposals based on good product knowledge, applications and market situation
? Build & maintain a good relationship with existing & potential customers
? Develop & deliver high-quality product presentations & demonstrations
? Work with team members on customer follow-ups & reporting to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales budgets are achieved
? Participate and represent company in seminars, tradeshows & related marketing activities
? Understand the needs from the market & competitors
? Coordinate with product development & engineering teams to enhance products
? Facilitate AR collection from revenue generated as needed

? Substantial contact with customers, agents & FLOW associates at all levels

Education, Training & Working Experience:
? University graduate in engineering or sales & marketing discipline
? Sound background in machinery market & at least 8 years relevant sales experience in selling capital products and understand market in Northern China
? Solid records on working with government projects & stated-owned companies
? Good experience in market & business development
? Experience in working with MNCs or foreign corporations is preferred
? Strong proven track records & client network
? Good command of English
? Aggressive, self-motivated, responsive, well organized and able to work independently under pressure
Equipment Used:
? Good computer skills in Microsoft Office software & standard office equipments
