职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 解决生产过程中的生产异常问题，检讨模具状态，评审维修方案；
2、 主导持续改善降低生产中产品不良比率，制定/优化生产工艺，降低生产成本工作；
3、 对QA及客诉出现的产品问题进行检讨，并进行可靠性的改善/改良，提高产品质量；
4、 管理本部门人员，分配工作任务并跟进完成；
5、 根据采购新供货商开发计划，制定新物料检测计划；
6、 新供货商或旧供货商验厂及考核工作；
7、 呆滞物料的评估，分析，提出处理方案；
8、 特采物料的评估，分析，提出处理方案；
9、 制定5S方案；
10、制定本部门KPI及预算计划；

任职资格：
1、大专或同等学历以上，3年工程主管或5年以上产品结构设计工作经验；
2、熟悉制造业的工艺流程，熟悉本行业产品的构造及工作原理；
3、熟悉公司的运作流程，熟悉生产计划、精益生产、质量管理、项目管理；
4、了解D/PFMEA、SPC、MSA等工作内容，掌握CpK计算方法并在工作中加以运用；
5、了解IATF16949质量管理体系

    Shanghai Changkong Machinery Co., LTD (previously Shanghai typewriters Factory), is affliated to Shanghai Aviation Industry Group. Adjective to the renown ancient Nanxiang Town, Changkong occupies an area of 14,000 square meters. With a 30-year transition from military to civil production and state-owned enterprise transformation, it has an effective workteam composed ofsophisticated and innovative manpower. Shanghai Changkong has possessed various machines for prudcing middle and small autoparts and fine testing instrument. Meanwhile, Changkong has already got through ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949 Certificate, which provides a good quality gurantee.
