职位描述：
1.分析用户需求，以用户为中心设计产品的功能特性和交互，使产品更加符合用户的需求；
2.制作产品原型，撰写产品需求文档，以供设计、开发、测试人员明确产品需求和进行开发、测试；
3.跟进UI设计人员的设计，确保产品效果图符合产品需求文档的要求；
4.协调技术团队，协助项目管理，日常进度跟踪以确保产品功能特性和交互符合产品需求文档的要求；
5.关注运营数据、用户调研与反馈等，持续优化产品;
6.负责产品的推广和日常运营，主要活动包括但不限于内容信息更新、网站功能的持续优化、商业应用与创新；
7.负责产品的数据信息和用户反馈内容的统计，以此分析用户需求和行为，为商业决策提供支持，并对公司产品的互联网经营提供建议。
任职要求：
1.两年以上互联网行业开发和运营经验；有零售行业经验者优先；
2.深入了解产品的研发和运营流程；熟悉用户体验、交互设计知识；思维开放、善于进行创新；较强的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感性；
3.有很强的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
4.熟悉互联网或软件产品整体实现过程，包括从需求分析到产品发布，深刻理解用户需求；
5.具有互联网思维，从产品以及用户需求、痛点角度出发对产品进行升级与优化；
6.有独立负责的互联网产品项目的经验。
