任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业毕业，有人力资源管理师证书者优先；
2、五年以上人事工作经验，三年以上生产型企业招聘及薪酬模块工作经验；
3、对招聘渠道及招聘方法有自己独特的见解；
4、参与过薪酬设计，能根据市场行情变动，结合企业特点，设计出合适的薪酬制度；
5、熟悉劳动法，对人力资源其他模块有工作经验者优先考虑；
6、责任心强，耐压性强，家住闵行梅陇附近优先考虑。
