1、组织新入职人员培训及开发，负责员工的职业发展跟进
2、负责薪酬的制作、提成和奖金的制作
3、员工入职、转正、晋升、离职等相关流程的执行
4、负责员工的日常绩效统计和文本制作
5、负责公司年会、团建等工作的执行

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历
2、有人事薪酬、或财务出纳经验优先
3、良好商务气质，大方得体，职业干练
4、结果导向、执行力强，自我管理能力优秀
5、熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的网络知识
6、一年以上工作经验
