职位描述：
Key responsibilities：
- Assist Head of Compliance to develop, update and Implement Compliance program within the company;
- Provide Compliance advice and solutions to business / functions;
- Assist Head of Compliance to drive the Compliance culture and create awareness;
- Handle Compliance incidents in line with Corporate requirements and facilitate investigations under guidance;
- Develop and update Compliance communication / training materials and conduct Compliance trainings to various departments;
- Coordinate with various functions to implement Compliance initiatives in the organization;
- Facilitate and coordinate with Corporate Compliance initiated and locally initiated Compliance program;
- Prepare summarized data analysis and presentation for management;
- Support Head of Compliance on administrative matters.

Requirements：
- Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years relevant working experience;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, and strategic thinking;
- Must be positive attitude, self-motivated and able to drive results;
- Ability to maintain independence, autonomy and confidentiality;
- High ethical standards;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellence in written and verbal communication of both Chinese and English;
- Willing and able to travel.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word and PPT;
- A team player.
