OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Production workflow
● Create detailed and extensive production workflow plans for Asia working with your line
manager the Senior Creative Production Manager. This covers image and motion assets
required to launch products on site.
● Connect with the UK product team to derive production information about the new
products that you will be shooting.
● Accountable for managing and delivering shoots produced in Asia, on time and on
budget.
● Administration assistance, purchase orders, expenses, estimates and overseeing all
organisational aspects of our Asia photoshoots etc
● Booking local studios/photographers/videographers.
● Research costs and booking any extra requirements (I.e. new set builds, kit etc).
● Liaise with UK based Retouch team to ensure details regarding Asian products are
accurately captured and reflected in the final image.
Creative consistency
● Connect with the Brand Director, Creative Design Manager and Senior Buyers in London
to ensure you are up to speed with photographic and motion guidelines.
● Accountable for the quality of our image assets across stills and motion shot in Asia
On the shoot
● Play a hands on role on shoot day, assisting photographer and stylist in smooth running
of shoot.
● Assist stylist in sourcing required props. Whether that be shipping furniture items from
stock or styling props.
● Acute attention to detail in ensuring we have captured required all assets needed for
each product on the shot list
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably within in lifestyle/retail/e commerce environment

Skills required:
● Very strong organisational skills
● Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Vietnamese is also a plus
● Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal): ability to act tactfully and
persuasively with a wide range of people at all levels
● Passionate about great creative work striving to ensure the highest standards
● Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for photography and interiors
● Good knowledge on creating budget sheets
● Good knowledge of competitors or up and coming furniture brands
● Have the ability to provide clear direction to external suppliers
● Good knowledge of all Excel and Powerpoint
● A positive “can do” attitude is essential
● Using your experience & initiative to suggest ways to improve procedures and processes
