职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Work closely and effectively with Head of Quality - GM and lead the interpretation and implementation of quality requirement directives
- Responsible for quality assurance product approval to ensure product safety and meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with 3rd party lab to arrange product testing
- Responsible to supervise factory technical audit to ensure factory capabilities and capacity.
Responsible for leading Quality Management function and managing overall quality, safety and reliability review process of products to ensure the compliance of Company /customers standard
- Provide high level of technical advice and expertise to Merchandising team, suppliers/vendors and related parties of product quality and safety issues
- Ad. hoc project as assigned by Management

Requirements:
- Appropriate qualification in production and quality disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality Management
- Technical knowledge across the assigned areas of expertise - General Merchandise, especially on Ceramics, glassware and home textile
- Specific experience in factory manufacturing practices, quality processes and controls
- Experience with Australia & International safety
- Experience with developing and implementing new products and product standards
- Process improvement
- Good leadership capabilities to coach team and lead projects to successful completion
- Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management
- Broad understanding of relevant legislative requirements
- Open and friendly
