职位描述：
Contract and commercial risk management
?Check, review and issue binding declarations including contract, frame agreement and other legal documents;
?Support on contract negotiation with customer for reasonable commercial terms (Incoterm, payment term, liability, liquidate damage etc., )
?Conduct commercial standards and perform company Master Check list according to company directives;
?Fill in cost pre-calculation schema;

Receivable and revenue risk management
?Apply for Guarantee workflow and issuance for bank guarantee
?Customer credit checking and credit risk control
?Foreign currency hedging
?Account receivable reporting

Commercial order processing
?Sales order creation in ERP system;
?Create delivery note & document
?Billing process and payment tracking
Creation and maintenance master data, filling and reporting

Requirements:
?Solid commercial skills including contract negotiation, commercial risk analysis etc.,
?Good understanding of the process of contract execution
?Basic finance, tax and legal knowledge
?Fluent oral and written English
?Familiar with common MS office Pack programs
5 years’ experiences in commercial tasks
