--- JOB DESCRIPTION
    1. Manage CAPEX investment for whole site. ？
    2. Harmonize and optimize operation system among FLABEG SH and deploy operations strategy to increase excellence level.
    3. Review, monitor and track execution of operations performance and provide guideline and drive for solution.
    4. Assure the operations procedures and work instructions are efficient, manage and drive continuous improvement plans and actions for all areas of operation to obtain efficiency.
    5. Set up standards and foster for a high performance manufacturing force with disciplinary, encouragement, reward
    6. Manage EHS topics.
    7. Cost control and analysis, budget definition.
    8. 5S, Kaizen and 6 sigma topics.
    9. Other duties as needed.

--- DESIRED QUALIFIKATIONS
    1. Bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering l or mechanical.
    2. 10 years above working experience including 3 years as plant manager or operation manager.
    3. Strategic thinking , result oriented.
    4. Good communication and influence skill.
    5. Knowledge of JIT, lean manufacturing.
