职位描述：
Scope of Responsibilities：
1. BU finance partner:
1) Provide financial visibility, relevant analysis, forecast and financial advice to Exhibitions supported.
2) Work with show team in show pricing and targets set up and sales/cash collection tracking
3) Collaborate with other finance functions (finance accounting, FP&A) in finance management, show related finance process improvement and closing;
4) Provide exhibition on-site support and finance activity coordination (Floor auditing, cash collection and ticket sales etc. )

2. China overhead planning, analysis and reporting
1) Improve and conduct monthly overhead reporting and analysis to drive visibility and control
2) Enhance overhead planning by taking right methodologies such as zero based planning and working closely with finance accounting team
3) Assist cost center owners to have sensible overheads budget and control

3. Monthly closing and forecast rigor
1) Track weekly sales progress closely, capture market intelligence with show team and highlight sensitivity;
2) Diligently review supported Exhibitions’ revenue, cost and collection and highlight deviations
3) Ensure timely closing and submission of all financial reports and analysis and deliverables
4) Provide monthly commentary on supported exhibitions with commercial and financial insights.

4. Budget and Strategic review preparation:
1) Prepare annual Budget and strategic Review for supported exhibitions
5. Other Ad hoc assignments

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in accounting or business related
- 5 year plus relevant experience in Finance in MNC or top tier accounting firms
- Excellent analytical / communication skill
- Proficient on Excel and Word
- Good English both at written and spoken
