职位描述：
Job assignment
- Customer relationship management
- Order fulfillment and management
- AR tracking
- Support work for Service Engineers
- Data analysis & Weekly reports related with various of orders
- Other tasks from Line Manager
Main duties
Representing customer interface toward internal and external customers;
Sell spare parts, upgrades, overhaul, warranty extension and other service products to customers
Sales management: order processing, tracking till to final delivery; ensure all documentation and order processing to be arranged
timely and accurately;
Resolving with the customer contractual issues
Reporting order status and forecasts Plan and manage personal daily sales activities, e.g.
phone call,Visit, leads, opportunity, quotation director.
Coordinate with salesmen & service engineers team for order
forecasting/safety stock setup management
Coordinate with warehousing team for on-time and
accurate delivery
CRM update： Personal related AR collecting
