JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Supply Chain Manager (6-month Contractor)

Reports to: Manager Supplier Development

Subordinate: 0

Working location: Shanghai

Job Purpose:

1. Broad based supply chain management, process development and manufacturing operations knowledge.
2. Works/interfaces inside and outside the organization, with customers and suppliers.
3. Assesses global industry impact on supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute Global SCM operation procedures in China plants, including PLUS, BOS, and AMS etc.
2. Develop the Network design/packaging optimization Best Practice (BBP) solution for automotive parts.
3. Support supply chain management from new program launch period to ensure program launch smoothly.
4. Continuous on supply chain cost reduction, well understand logistics operation inside plant.
5. Familiar on supply Chain IT system (ERP, WMS, MES).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. At least 5-7 years in supply chain management, includes 3 years head office experience.
3. Experience in transportation improvement actives, network design in multiple plants.
4. Experience in BBP implementation to drive logistics cost reduction and service improvement in packaging, warehouse space etc.
5. Experience in supply chain system (ERP, WMS, and TMS) implementation to make improvement in digital supply chain management.
6. Support Logistic event, enable and procedure with program launch.
7. Experience on standard packaging procedure management, to know well about packaging design for new program, supplier packaging quotation evaluation and packaging agreement sign etc.
8. Excellent communication skill, strong influential leadership skills.
