职位描述：

• 在客户现场安装，管理和维护新的或部署的系统
• 系统和应用程序运行状况监视和警报
• 根据已建立的升级流程和SLA进行故障处理和升级
• 紧急处理各种项目
• 收集需求，进行详细的可行性研究和必要的研究，开发软件并提供支持，设置测试环境和POC
• 通过适当的文当，独立地解决问题并进行系统和逻辑的解决
• 为内部和外部客户提供卓越1的第一和第二级支持
• 测试新的应用程序版本和补丁。规划系统和安全补丁
• 在需要时与其他级别的用户，客户，供应商和承包商介面
• 监控并记录所有支持呼叫，并定期通过电话，电子邮件和票务系统向客户提供状态更新
• 提供所有顷目和任务的详细文件
• 提供技术培训，演示和售后技术支持
