职位描述：
Job Requirement:
? Bachler degree above with Engineering or related field
? Above 5 years of testing experience, above 3 years of experience in lab management.
? Good knowledge in ISO 17025.
? Proficient with component / hard goods testing area etc.
? Passion for business and share with IKEA value.
? Ability to organize, structure and prioritise numerous tasks as necessary.
? Good communication skills in English reading, writing & speaking.
? Self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions.
Job Assignment:
? Technical supervision to secure the operation of routine testing, and lead the team to issue the report in an accurate and professional way.
? Responsible for new test method development and validation.
? Understand ITTC Quality system and make sure the daily work is compliance with the quality system.
? Provide technical training to related lab staffs and advice to customers on testing requirements.
? Support with other technical issues.
? Actively support manager to lead the testing competence development in the department and personal development for the co-workers

IKEA Test Lab & Training Centre (ITTC) belongs to Inter IKEA group. ITTC is the first IKEA owned test lab outside Sweden, located in Fengxian district of Shanghai, China. Combined with a training centre for IKEA suppliers as well as our own co-workers.
