Job Title: Production Planner

Main Responsibilities:
Deal with customers' order and get feedback from customers.
According to the orders, make the detailed delivery production plan, forecast,shipping schedule to meet customers’ requirement
Interface closely with the customers to inform the change of schedules and deliveries and take effective measures.
Interface closely with the production dept to monitor planning achievement. Clear message on production capacity, labors, machinery utilization,scrap to optimize production schedule.
Interface closely with warehouse monitor & study safety stock to improve performance in finished goods inventory.
Interface closely with material planner on material supply to make sure production planning feasibility.
Interface closely with Quality, Engineering to solve any influence by quality and engineering change.
Follow up finished goods delivery plan according to customer’s order.
Adjust production plan under any emergency situation
Quick react to any change and Report out
Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, machinery,electrical,automation related majors
Good team work
Good communication skill
Fluent English speaking, Korean is a plus
Good English skills, both oral and written
Dedicated and enthusiastic, Frequent overtime is asked
Strong skill in Excel and other PC skill.
SAP knowledge and operation experience is must.

3. 与客户密切合作,告知时间表和交付的变化,并采取有效的措施。
4. 与生产部门密切合作,监控计划进度。明确生产力、劳动、机械利用率、废优化生产计划的信息。
5. 通过学习仓库监管与仓库安全来提高成品库存性能。
6. 与物料管理员协调物料供应计划,确保生产计划的可行性。
7. 与品质、工程部接洽来解决质量和工程变更带来的影响。
8. 根据客户的订单跟踪成品交付计划。
9. 在紧急情况下调整生产计划
10. 及时反馈和报告任何变更
11. 具备自我完善能力以满足公司需求。
任职要求/资质：
1. 本科以上学历,机械、电气、自动化相关专业
2. 良好的团队工作
3. 良好的沟通技巧
4. 流利的英语、会韩语优先
5. 良好的口头和书面英语技能
6. 专注和热情,接受频繁的加班
7. 熟练运用Excel，具备其他电脑技能。
8. 必须掌握SAP知识和操作经验
