SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This position reports to supply chain coordinator and is responsible for supporting all aspects of planning, procurement, order management, as well as Storage & Distribution and Import & Export support.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
? Manage planning function to ensure effective purchase order creation and maintenance.
? Daily order coordination. Develops and sustains customer relationships through direct interaction, responsiveness and accountability. Maintains open communication with customers using appropriate tools as necessary.
? Insures compliance with all corporate and applicable regulatory SOP and cGMP guidelines.
? Manages processes to optimize quality performance and on-time delivery to insure customer satisfaction.
? Participate in Customer related issue resolution.
? Work with Customers to define study specific distribution needs.
? Rectifying distribution problems and report finding back to the client.
? Ensure Customer reporting requirements (shipment, temperature monitoring, etc.) are completed in a timely fashion.
? Coordinates international depot shipment activities in accordance with project requirements and available resources. Notes potential issues and takes action to prevent their occurrence when possible and escalate when necessary.
? Confirms all international import/export documentation requirements prior to dispatch of shipments and verifies accurate documentation.
? Other jobs assigned by supply chain manager and coordinator

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: University graduate in Business Management, supply chain/logistics or related fields.
Experience: 2 years relevant work experiences gained in customer service or logistics operation including warehousing, distribution, transportation,. Experience import/export in free trade zone will be an advantage.
Knowledge/Skills:
? Possess ability to create team-based environment.
? Possess extensive knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
? Well organized, detail-oriented, possess ability to multi-task.
? Prefer to have process knowledge of cGMP regulations and practices
? Have a good command of written English, better to have good oral English
? Fluent in Chinese.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
? Mathematical and reasoning ability
? Self-starter with the ability to work with people at all levels within Catalent and within customer organizations.
