Job description: PR & Communications (Shanghai, China)

Red Pulse is a new market intelligence platform founded by industry veterans in Greater China’s investment management space, and provides daily updates on events and trends taking place within the financial services sector. We are currently accepting applications for the position of a PR & Communications Specialist.
We’re searching for a strategic and self-driven gifted individual that can help us manage and communicate through our online media and business contacts. Your role is to work and coordinate with different departments to create and develop a strategy that helps us share our vision and progress to our community.

Responsibilities
？ Develop and manage public relations programs that cover all phases of product publicity and reaches media and industry associations.
？ Maintain extensive network of online and broadcast mainstream and media contacts globally. Manage relations with contacts, marketers, and agencies.
？ Publish weekly and monthly reports of company activity (conferences, company progress, hiring, events)
？ Work closely with internal business units to identify relevant and timely product news. Coordinate the communication schedule internally and externally to ensure a consistent flow of information and ideas, as well as timing, messages, and activities.
？ Research, write, and edit press materials including press releases, fact sheets, pitch letters, Q&As, media alerts, speaking points, and presentations.
？ Manage corporate events, industry fairs, product launches, media events, and media interviews.

Qualifications
？ 3+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or similar role
？ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, combined with the ability to spot and developing compelling ideas.
？ Knowledge and experience in the technology sector
？ Knowledge and understanding of the PR process, monitoring services, media directories, and PR campaigns.
