岗位职责：
1. 负责项目创意工作，制订具有创新性的活动方案及创意执行；
2. 研究及掌握视频及图文活动运营趋势。

职位要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历，编导、广告、设计、新闻等专业毕业；
2. 1年以上创意策划相关工作经验；有小视频相关经验者优先；
3. 优秀的创造力和方案策划能力，思维敏锐活泼；
4. 具备一定的抗压能力，工作效率高，有上进心，沟通能力和团队合作精神佳。
