职位描述：
（fresh graduates are acceptable）

? Preparing correspondences for the request of basic information including ID number, nationality, passport copy, working permit, resident permit, salary information / travel schedule of individual tax payers by using standard email / fax
? Preparing reminder for the chase of outstanding information
? Preparing IIT calculation schedules based on the information provided by clients
? Drafting email / fax to deliver our IIT calculations to clients by using standard email / fax format
? Preparing IIT filing packages including IIT return, IIT cal and docket
? Performing IIT filings through online filing system, mail filing or visiting tax bureau
? Preparing package to deliver the IIT returns/ receipts/ IIT payment vouchers to clients by using standard format
? Filing documents in C-file, R-file, B-file, P-file etc.
? Preparing standard engagement letters/interfirm memos
? Drafting simple emails to reply client’s questions at the request of Senior or MIC
? Researching on some technical questions to meet the clients needs at the request of Senior or MIC

Requirements:

? Bachelor holders or above with a proactive learning attitude
? Sound accounting and / or finance background
? Good typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Good spoken English and Chinese
? Good attention to detail
? Excellent team player
? Exceptional organisation skills as well as an ability to prioritise own workload and met scheduled client deadlines
