职位描述：
职位名称：外贸业务经理

主要工作职责：
1. 负责海外地区市场的客户开发和关系维护；
2. 达成公司海外地区的年度销售目标；
3. 负责海外订单的跟踪与管理，保证流程中各个环节的风险控制；
4. 准确理解、把握和挖掘客户需求，随时了解客户状态、解决客户的问题、对客户提供专业咨询；
* Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with Asia-Pacific Region customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
* Supervise the team’s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
* Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
* Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customers’ buying objectives
* Supervise the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency

任职要求：
1. 性别不限，本科以上学历，英语读说写流利，至少CET-6以上；
Bachelor Degree, proficient in English (both in speaking and writing), CET-6 or above;
2. 具有贸易公司相关工作经验6年及以上，具有丰富的国内外参展经验；
Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in the trading company, with rich experience in domestic and international exhibitions.
3. 具有较强的领导与组织能力、人际沟通能力与谈判能力；
With strong leadership skills, good communication, negotiation skills and team spirit;
4. 以客户为向导，有良好的沟通和协商能力，主动性强，抗压能力强；
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded.
5. 能适应偶尔出差
Occasional travel is required
