职位描述：
Fabrication Engineer will work in a global fabrication team for supporting global projects fabrication in China. His/her works under technical supervision of fabrication manager to ensure the fabricated equipment on time delivery and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the procurement technical specifications and drawings;
Review quotation from suppliers per BID package;
 Work with procurement department to order all buyer supplied materials.
 Prepare design changes with design team and preform the non-conformity evaluation as required during fabrication;
 Provide technical support to the shop engineers and fabrication suppliers;
 Contribute fabrication and design know-how to product improvement and the development of new products;
 Coordinate other teams and shop engineer to solve the issues during fabrication;
 Accountable on schedule and cost for the fabrication projects ;
 Provide the support on fabrication estimation to other regions;

Education required:
 Bachelor degree or above on Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or other industrial specialties;
 Foreign education background will be a plus.
Experience required:
3-5 years at least of working experiences on oversight of mechanical fabrication in factory or office.
 Experiences and general understanding on different equipment fabrication ;
Related experiences and knowledge on ASME (or similar codes, such as GB,CRN, EN, ISO…) for mechanical component fabrication;
 Experiences in chemical industry or other energy / heavily industries will be a plus.

Other requirements:
 Good English language skill to read and write design / fabrication related documents and to communicate with other regions.
 Accept the short term assignment to factory or site.
 Good coordination competences under project context.
