岗位职责和权限
Job Responsibilities and Authorities

– 能及时处理客户的投诉，例如：8D报告的编写和递交，并跟踪整改措施的实施
Handle customer complaint, such as 8D report, follow up Implementation of corrective action
– 针对客户投诉的返回件，能处理分析根本原因，并跟踪不符合项的整改措施
Analyze for root cause and follow up corrective actions of nonconformities from customer return parts
– 针对新项目，负责收集整理PPAP文件并递交客户
Compile quality assurance documents Included In PPAP for new project
– 负责客户针对新项目的PPAP或过程审核
Responsible for customer audit for new project, such as PPAP audit, process audit
– 针对客户审核整改报告的编写，并负责措施有效性的验证
Corrective action compiling and effectiveness verification for customer audit
– 定期对公司进行体系和过程的审核
Responsible for regular internal audit (system& process) according to IS0/TS 16949
– 负责工程更改的客户通知及后续跟踪
Inform and submit engineering changing and feedback to customer
– 客户关系处理的窗口
Window person for customer relation
– 通过对客户的日常访问，建立和维系更好的客户的关系
Customer relation maintenance by regular visiting
– – 日常内部审核（IATF16949体系，VDA6.3流程）
Regular internal audit (IATF 16949, VDA6.3 process)

岗位资格（英语口语好的可适当降低工作经验年限）
Job Qualification

学 历:
Education: – 工程类专业，大专以上学历 Vocational school or high degree in Engineering
工作经验:
Experience: – 具有汽车行业三年以上工作经验，掌握IATF16949及能熟练运用质量五大工具
Over 3 years working experience in automotive industry, good knowledge of IATF16949, on top of using APQP, PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA
外语水平: – – 英语听说读写能力，可以正常英语交流
English, good knowledge in spoken and written
计算机水平: – 熟练使用办公自动化
Computer skills: WIN 95, MS Office
