职位描述：
Job DESCRIPTION:
1)Establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality systems which are set according to ISO9001, ISO22716, BRC and CFR210&211.
2) Daily management of QA department and QC labs;
3) Inspection standards establishing, and importing customer quality requirements;
4) provide quality training to employees and enhance the quality consciousness;
5) Plan and conducting internal audit to confirm the execution status of quality system in departments;
6) Review/follow up nonconformance, corrective and preventative actions;
7) Supplier quality management, and conduct supplier onsite audit;
8) Responsible for second or third party audits, making corrective actions and reply;
9) Provide technical supports to relative departments and customers;
10) Other duties assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) A Bachelor or above degree in chemistry, pharmacy or equivalent major;
2) Minimum 4 years of quality management work experience in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturer;
3) The candidate should have proven supervisory skills, good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;
